“The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork.
Day to day pours out speech, and night to night reveals knowledge.
There is no speech, nor are there words, whose voice is not heard.
Their voice goes out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world.”
~ Psalm 19:1-4
I am so blessed to have an opportunity to live in such a beautiful country. As far as I’m concerned the view of the sunsets from my house are some of the best i have seen anywhere. It’s so true that God displays his glory in everything He created. To me, a sunset is like a painting God did that day to say I love you. Even the trees and plants here show God’s glory and something that struck my the other day was that when God created the earth, it was perfect, no sin had entered, and only when Adam and Eve sinned, did he add thistles and thorns to the land. So the beauty we see today is nothing in comparison to what God intended for us and I believe that when He makes all things new, we will again behold the fullness of the beauty He intended for us to enjoy.

Thanks for the beauty of the sunset. It is good to look to the heavens and see God working on His pallet. I started a poem once with upon the eternal sky of heaven, in which I put the back drop of suffering against it with Naomi during her prayer service.
and Psalm 8 is a beautiful psalm also.
Peace to you, Scott
Hi there Christine!
The beautiful pictures make me think of the verse that says he will rejoice over us with singing. If the night speaks knowledge and the day speaks of him then this must surely be him singing! I have you on my mind often and so you are lifted up to Him with each thought of you. I so look forward to all your corrospondence to hear what God is doing in your part of the world. I know you will “abide” and bear much fruit. consider yourself hugged and kissed.
