Since the new year I have been working at a private primary school just down the driveway from my house. I have been wanting to do something there since I got to Swaziland in August and the doors opened in Jan. I have had the awesome opportunity to teach 2nd graders from all religions about Bible characters. This is a great ministry opportunity because there is nowhere else that half of these kids would ever hear about God and Jesus. Some of the kids I work with are Muslim, Hindu, non-religious, and traditional Swazi. Please pray that God would open the hearts of these children. I took a few pictures so you can see these precious kids.
This is one of the classes

I’d say they are a lot like kids everywhere, they love to make goofy faces. How sweet and how wonderful is your service. Keep the faith dear sister!!! with love from all the Barnas
Hi Christine. What a great opportunity! I think you posted some items needed for the children, but I can’t find the list. Would you send me a list on facebook, please? Thanks!
Praying for you!
Hey Christine,
Kids look awesome! Reminds me of pulling into village of Toughbo, northern Ivory Coast and seeing all the kids running out to meet our van. God will surely bless all you do there. Will keep you in prayer and update the choir.

Hi Christine~those beautiful faces! You have a real happy group of children there. We are praying that God will open the hearts of these most precious children that you are teaching. They are such cute 2nd graders! The classroom looks so bright and cheery! When I think of this scripture verse I think of you, Christine~~”Dear Children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth.” 1John 3:18
That is just what you are doing with these children~you are not just talking about what can be done for them~you are teaching them about our Lord and Saviour with your actions and in truth. God bless you, Rose and girls
That’s awesome. I’m so thankful you got your foot in the door there!
